Requirements to Confirm Reservation:

Deposit of 50% in the form of a personal check or Postal/Bank Money Order is required to confirm the reservation.

When a deposit of 50% is given to confirm, a formal confirmation is mailed to you. If a deposit was sent by the means of a personal check, a receipt is issued.

Cancellations: If unforeseen circumstances arise, and a 50% deposit has been made, the deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation notification is received 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Refunds: Refunds are in the form of a company cheque. The refund will be sent by mail or presented to the client in person if the opportunity is present.
